This year is passing at a rapid pace, weeks roll into months and suddenly we're in the middle of summer! Despite current challenges we endeavor to deliver the assistance needed it as best we can. We have many projects ongoing in the orphanages, adult asylums and within the communities. Liam sends this update from the past few weeks, thank you for your continued support without which none of this would be possible.

Wishing all our friends a very happy and healthy new year. Thank you for your continued support. It has been another challenging year but the work continued despite the hurdles. None of it would be possible without your support.

A busy few days in Minsk as several internats came to collect over 100 waterproof mattresses. Great work to everyone involved and thank you to those who supported the purchase of them. Go raibh míle maith agaibh. Спасибо большое
Over the summer Burren Chernobyl Project were informed of a terrible tragedy that happened in the small village of Kolki, Belarus.
We began helping as soon as possible, but when everything is taken from you where do you begin?
Last week Br. Liam visited Tatyana and Leonid, below is a letter from him about his visit.
All of us here at Burren Chernobyl Project were very saddened to hear of the passing of Betty Crosbie recently, an incredible woman from Killarney who showed compassion and generosity to so many in Belarus.
Our sympathies to her family and friends at this time.
