Firstly, thank you to all who have reached out, checking in on those we support and offering assistance. Your care and kindness is very much appreciated.
BCP Belarus update:
For us here at BCP we have already faced logistical issues, Truck 119 is currently stuck in Lithuania and we've had to cancel the loading of Truck 120. We are still helping our friends across Belarus in the orphanages, adult institutions, day centres, and social service centres as best we can but unfortunately as the situation develops the needs will become greater with the cost of everyday goods increasing and the supply possibly becoming scarce.
How can I help Ukraine?:
In the tsunami of information, misinformation and disinformation circling, it can be overwhelming to consume and digest. It has also been a breeding ground for fake links or disingenuous fundraisers. We wanted to provide a safe and secure link with a name you trust for you to use if you wish. We will raise what we can and then transfer the funds to charities working on the ground to help those most in need. Link to donate here

Please note: We are unable to accept donations of physical goods for the foreseeable future as we have no capacity to hold more items but many community groups are organising collection points for aid, please check your local town for details. Thank you for your understanding.

We were contacted over the weekend with a request for a host family to offer a safe place to stay for a young mother and her son. We were privileged to be of assistance and are delighted to report we have found a wonderful host family in County Clare. Thank you to all involved.
We have been blown away by the response, so far. Please keep spreading the link, it will stay active for some time as unfortunately this humanitarian crisis will not be resolved over night.
